Sometimes I just crave a moist chocolatey cookie. I came across this recipe a while ago. A tip I learnt is a cookie is done once the bottom becomes a deep. brown. colour –Not when the surface turns golden brown because that’s when they become overcooked.
If you wanna spice it up from the normal choc chip cookies try using Whittaker’s chocolate (New Zealand’s Best). Just refrain yourself from eating the whole block. Give it a try next time.
My favourite is the Kiwifruit! Mmmmm… sadly they ran out at the shops today.
